PSHE (including RSE)
At Spratton, we believe in helping children live life to the fullest. This means we take great care in teaching them how to look after their health and wellbeing, understand themselves and others, stay safe, and grow into kind, responsible members of the community.
We use the Jigsaw scheme of work to deliver our PSHE curriculum, delivering content in age appropriate ways. We supplement this learning with other experiences and content, such as the NSPCC, our PSCO and community police team, Life Education Bus (Scarf) and others.
We have a separate policy for teaching Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) in line with DFE guidance and policy. See our policy on the policies page.
